Job description
An established company with a tenured team is looking for a Corporate Recruiter (Contract) to handle all the sourcing and recruiting functions. The Corporate Recruiter(Contract) will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, source, and screen candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. The Corporate Recruiter(Contract) will support the Talent Acquisition team in establishing hiring criteria, understanding recruitment needs, and finding the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Sources and manages a diverse candidate pipeline, with active and passive candidates, by utilizing e-recruitment tools
- Screens and evaluates candidates for a variety of roles
- Schedule and/or initiate all pre-employment screenings
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a sourcing capacity within a corporate setting
- High level of attention to detail
- Understanding the full life-cycle of recruitment
